Pink Racquets

Some parents and athletes have asked about pink Racquets. Here's what I recommend after some buying tips.

A) Don't buy racquets from Walmart ....ever. they are 3 piece construction and very cheap.

B) Avoid racquets from Academy and Dicks unless you know it is 1 piece construction and decent quality. To many cracks in racquets from box retailers over the years.

C) Be cautious buying on eBay overseas or from overseas retailers (TikTokShop or Temu). There are some bootleg racquets that look like the high quality in paint scheme but are fake knockoffs.

Intermediate Middleweight

Friends, that's it! If you do an Amazon search or an eBay search, you will find a lot of knock-off or cheaply made rackets and pink. You also find a lot of juniors rackets in pink. But right now Babolat is the only quality brand of pink rackets in the 2024 season.

If you're looking for a high quality racket and you want to customize it as pink, consider getting the Solinco whiteout or blackout and I'll restring it with a pink string and a matching pink grip. Get the whiteout 290 or the blackout 285 which puts the weights at 10.5 and 10.6 ounces. Price is $153 right now at tennis warehouse, which is a good deal!
