Practice Agenda:


  • 3:30pm - Group Dynamic Stretching led by veteran players

  • 3:35pm - 20 minute warmup - Long Toss, Serve & Recovery Position

  • 3:55pm - Drink Break (2 mins)

  • 3:57pm - Explanation - Serve+1 Variations for singles & doubles - Topher

  • 4:05pm - Demonstration - Returning Tennis Players - Veteran Players

  • 4:10pm - 4 Stations - Deuce Singles Wide, Ad Singles Wide, Deuce Doubles Cross, Ad Doubles Cross

  • 4:35pm - 7 point Tie Breaks employing Serve+1

  • 4:35pm - Conversations about Grades - Successes & Improvements

  • 4:55pm - Static Stretch & Breakdown

  • 5pm - High five each other for a good practice session




Serve+1 Basic Concepts - When serving, you should have an advantage. Having a plan helps you execute that advantage. The Serve+1 Variations are your go-to offensive variations to give you an advantage at the start of the rally.
