Good morning team, two quick items:
1) I'll be on the courts this afternoon at 3:30pm - 5pm with my ball machine for any who want help, tips, or want to meet their weekly serve goals. This is optional to the athletes.

To take our game to the next level, consistency is key. Our goal is for every athlete to hit 200 or more serves per week over the next six weeks. This isn't just about the numbers—it’s about building the muscle memory and confidence needed to hold serve under pressure.
Instructions:
Log your numbers: Complete this form by at least Sunday evening each week.
Be honest: Accurate data helps us track real progress.
Listen to your body: Use the recovery section to let us know how your arm and shoulder are feeling so we can manage your workload effectively.
