Week Outlook 4/7 - Dekalb & Cookeville

We hope you got some racquet time in before the rains came this weekend.  Yesterday I hit (cautiously) on the TN Tech courts in the light drizzle and with the temps, it was fun! Tennis is a great sport! 

• Monday - DEKALB HOME - Yay, it's going to be a few degrees warmer than we thought!  Plan on 50 degrees at match time.  We're going to plan to have a tent up with walls.  

  • Varsity, go hit somewhere.  I recommend heading up to TN Tech or hit at the court behind Hardees in Sparta.  Swing your racket because tomorrow is Cookeville. 

  • I will have my big camera on court photographing JV players today.  

  • Dekalb JV is bringing 4 boys and 8 girls.  Here's the following that have a guaranteed match today.

  • Yes Afternoon Practice.  We'll be focusing in on overhead footwork and left shoulder placement to help follow our singles approach shots and our doubles net play.  Get ready to move! 

• Friday - We'll be on court for actual scheduled challenge matches.  The last scheduled of the season. Let's go!
